My Goodness, You Are Beautiful: Uncovering Self Love through Mindfulness and Poetry
Self love doesn’t always come easy. In this two-hour workshop, we’ll use mindfulness meditation, poetry, and writing exercises to get past the inner judge and see ourselves with fresh eyes.
